    When I click on the IE Sidebar it only comes up when I'm at this site. How do I get it to come up in the window for another site? Thank!

    You can leave it open and cruise other sites, but to open it from a fresh start without coming here first will require using a .ins file to enter the setting into IE. I am working on it and will let you know. ;)
