Ok here are some new pics and let me know what you think. Do you think they are opened up all the way yet or will they open up more.

The hammer looks bleached? The GSP looks nice. I'm not sure if it's 100% opened. When mine is open, I can see no purple. But maybe it's just an illusion with yours, as the mat isn't so expansive.

The frogspawn looks like it could use a feeding maybe.

What do you mean by bleached. Too much light?

It is actually a little greener than what the pic shows

It looks a bit whitish, I meant. I'm glad it's actually darker than in the pic. :)

I can't see the purple mat on mine either. I just bought a 3"x"3 mat frag Sunday, put it in and it was a dense mat with no purple showing within 30-45 mins. I also bought a small hammer frag the same day. Mine is extended to the point that it is hanging a 1/4" or more below it's skeleton. My guess is they are not fully extended yet.

I've fed cyclops and brine shrimp. If the lighting is sufficient, they don't technically need feeding--but once you feed them, you'll see the difference. They start looking larger and beefier.

I feed my frogspawn brine, mysis, and hand feed him pieces of krull--he loves it all and now is 3 times bigger then when I bought him---I think he was starving at the LFS. Also on the GSP as it grows and gets used to your tank, you will not see any purple any more.
