Forum just wanted to share my latest build so here we go. I purchased a rimless 100g from Reef Savvy last year and have just got it wet started putting it together several weeks back and finally finished my cycling so I start transferring all my live rocks for aquascaping followed by my corals.

Here is what I went with:

    48" L x 24" W x 20" H rimless App. 100g
1/2" Starfire Glass with high polish and beveled edges
    Standard bottom
    Three sided low Iron Glass
    Blacked out back
    Black silicone
20" Ghost overflow with dual returns on back panel

I had a local Iron Works Shop build me a 2" tubular aluminum base stand really sturdy and solid with a removable front panel for easy access to the sump area for regular maintenance.. In addition I had it powder coated in flat black which should make the paint last for years to come. I was lucky enough to pic up a Trigger systems 30g Ruby sump for cheap on craigslist which is perfect for this build.

I also elected to place low profile Waxman 4260795N Heavy Duty Appliance Rollers with 3k limit. I modified them a bit and added 2 more extra 7/16" lock washer stainless steel screws to assure strength and of course a little supper glue to boot !!! A little unconventional but it works for me in my condo. In addition I elected to paint them in flat black as well so they are virtually not visible at all !!

Fantastic build E! Instead of super glue maybe some thread lock by Loctite would work better. Ime super glue doesn't work on metal very well.☺

Really nice score, looking forward to the build. Reef savvy is by far my favorite tank manufacturer. Looking great!
