    thanksyou, i dont know if anyone else has ever noticed this but i also picked up a clam and his colors are much much much more vibrant when viewed from the top of the tank as opposed to through the glass, there is some film algae on the tank but not a carpet layer, any idea why this is happening?

    how old are your bulbs?and what kind of clean up crew do you have? you might need to add to them

    bulbs are less than six months old, ive got three turbos in there and probly ten other assorted snails and then ive got probably fifteen hermit crabs

    haha, that little frag cost me $89 but it was 30% off because they were having a huge sale, it is ORA and he said that they would only let him buy one, and the would only let him buy one because he spent over 400 dollars on fish

    The colors on the Clam appear more vibrant and brighter when viewed from above because the glass filters out some of the colors.

    That is a very good looking Acro!!
