the light is for a fuge that is almost as tall as the sump, I have a ball of chaeto, that would fill that thing in a month, I just recently cut it back by 75%. I usually try to do a 20% water change every week, since I dont test for trace elements, i rely on WC to replenish it. Chances are that once i get to undetectable levels the chaeto will die out, then I will just have Live rock in there. The way that section is fed is through my carbon reactor, then it slowly drains into the return section. The long face of the baffle would actually act like a algae scrubber, and I'd squeegy it off every month.

Thanks, I love the new tank, you're right about it being like a new car. Yes thats a setosa around 4x3" in size, plus I've fragged around 10 pieces off of it

Oh I see, so you upgraded from your 60g established tank. It just seemed over stocked if it had been just setup in april.

Maybe someday we'll upgrade to such a Grand tank as well.;) Great tank

I'm a little slow. The dimensions are right in the thread. :-[

Anyway, I really like the look of the deeper tanks. I saw a local 4', 120g that was so nice. Yours looks beautiful and I like the aquascape.
