    What kind of wrasse? They are famous for overflow surfing.

    I'm going to leave it wiiiiddde open, just to drive you all crazy.
    because the overflow is on an angle the space from the top of the drain hole to the overflow is about 1/4 inch. Big enough for any fish I'm sure but we will have to wait and see.

    I was thinking Leopard or 6 line, or maybe flasher. But I have my heart set on Leopard

    Leopards have a very poor success rate as their dietary requirements are not entirely known. Wrassman lost his and I would really consider this an iffy expert fish. I'd opt for the Six-line.

    Well I hate to say it but after three or four really bone head moves I now hate my planed overflow/return system. I should have listened to you all. So I'm going to build a simple return and the side holes are going to be converted into a closed loop. It's going to rain all week end anyway. I wonder if I'll ever get livestock in it ;)
