Water is in the tank and cycling now for 2 days. I'm already seeing the NH3/4 spike, so its moving right along. I've just got a small pump on it right now to keep it moving. Ordered my pump and skimmer this morning, so hopefully it should be here soon. For the Skimmer I got the AquaMaxx Cone 2 in sump skimmer. It's rated for higher than my water volume so I should be good there. I'll get some more pics once I have something worthy of taking pictures of.

On to finishing the cabinet now i think.

Water is in and cabinet is 50% completed. Needs some sanding and paint. Also going to do some more mods on my overflows to the sump. Not completely satisfied with them yet. I tested one this morning and siphon start easily, flow was great but when i shut off the valve to the sump (had the hose in a bucket) it back fed out the vent pipe..!!!!

1st mess on the floor.:eek:

Tank is cycled..!!!! I moved my corals out of my frag tank and into the main DT today. Looks amazing with my new LEDs. Going to start slowly adding fish. Most likely 1 fish every couple of days.

I will get some more pictures posted also.

I would advise a fish a week or every two weeks. You maybe could start with a couple but new additions should go in slowly.

Congrats on getting everything up and running!

Let us know when you get the pics up! Your tank looks really nice. You should be proud of how nice it has turned out!

really?!! 1-2 weeks in between adding fish? I moving contents from a 30g and a 10g. I knew it needed to be slowly so the Bacteria could grow to match up with the bio-load, but wow.

    Thanks again.

I agree, space out new additions 1-2 weeks. I also recommend quarantining all new additions as well if you can.
