need help with sand

    as you can see my sand needs help. i have all kinds of snails tilling the sand but its not helping. here are some pics. sick isnt it. should i tear down my tank to clean it or replace the sand? i have to remove some LR any ways. any suggestions would be nice. ty.

    Looks fine too me. Lots of aiptasia is all.

    What's wrong? The snails will take care of the algae in time, I'd leave them be

    i guess all the pictures ive seen is that the sand is clean. my sand is all clumpy and dirty. if sand is suppose to look like this then im ok. just thought it should be cleaner idk. ty

    Ultimately, it's your sand and if you aren't pleased with it's appearance then things need to be done to make it pleasing to you. You could try increasing your flow.
