    It's a gamble with crabs, Strawberry crabs I never had an issue with.

    Emerald crabs I have never had an issue with.

    Both those crabs has caused some hobbyist a lot of frustration when the crabs starting eating corals or worse.

    Peppermint shrimp are supposed to be reef safe, this could not be farther from truth in some cases.

    Best to just always go the forums for hobbyist first hand experience with whatever inverts and fish you are looking at buying, and then take everything with a grain of salt.

    Mine never ate any corals, just algae and fish food. They were extremely reclusive, though, only coming out at night, so if someone's looking for color during the day they probably aren't the best bet LOL.
