Bottom right polyp is the one that burst. Its just an empty bubble with a big split in it.

    Ok last questions

It only happens to these zoanthids?
Just curious do you have a magnesium level?
How long is your lighting period and what type of light?

Ok I think that is it.

Nope, no obvious spots like pox? no lesions?

Move your mushroom or whatever is easiest away from each other.

It only happens to these specific ones.
haven't tested recently but it has never dropped below 1350 since i have been testing Mag.
Lighting is two 96 watt actinic from 430 to 1 am and two 150 watt Mh from 530 to 12. Actinic's are a little old but the Mh are Phoenix 14k and they are about 5 months old.

There are no signs of lesion or pox's.

Well since I have no clue I would move them as Nooze suggest or chuck them if they are not expensive. I am sure curious though.
The only thing that came close was a recurring condition that come and went, no one presented images though.

i would give them a freshwater dip see if there isnt someting at the base of them, a pest or bacteria of some sort making them sick...
