yea. I repositioned the pump. hopefully it recovers. switched to bi-monthly water changes for the time being instead of monthly.

IMO, 1.025 salinity is most likely the culprit. A one point difference without calibrating could have been more at some point in time. You'll never know. Keeping your salt level exactly where it needs to be is huge in this hobby, but often overlooked. Stay calibrated.

I keep multiple bottles of calibration fluid. One by my sump and one by my water station. Then I don't have an excuse to not check.

And I'm glad to see the color has come back! Looks awesome!

No, still haven't figured WHAT it was, whatever it was, it's better.

Stay Calibrated, Check! I think it was my Phos creeping up, even know it was 0 by API's kit.

Thanks, have you tested the cal. bottles against each other?

    Thanks Mindy ;-)

I'm doing another 10g WC tomorrow- cause it looks like it DOESN'T need it!

    Another update Pic,

thanks to my full spectrum LED's, it's really starting to have purple tips again!

    Todays Pic,
I've got my bluer channel at 80%, and the whiter channel at 45%, and it still looks to bright!
