My Sailfin Tang doesn't seem right.
I got him about a week ago and have been out of town.
I had a friend watching the house and feeding the tank.

He is not swimming much and hanging down at the bottom of the tank.

no expert here and not sure about the other symptoms of it, but that line could be indicative of lateral line disease? I've seen purple tangs with it but not sailfins......I'll defer to others for their input.

That's what I was thinking too, but I have no stray voltage in the tank becuase I have a grounding probe.

Can stress bring on Lateral Line disease?

    Had him a week.
    In a 55 gallon tank.
When I was here last Sat & Sun I fed Prime Reef and Julian Sprung's Sea Veggies Green Alge.

While I was away, my friend feed the tank flake food.

Since I've been back on Thursday I have mixed it up between Flakes and Prime Reef and Julian Sprung's Sea Veggies Green Alge.
