    where are you putting the big skimmers, etc? behind the 75 gallon tanks?

    Yes that is a 36" wide area behind the displays for the skimmers and UV's

    Where in CO is this? I hit CO several times a year.

    If your open by the time Reefstock rolls around you should nab a booth there to help spread the word :)

    Arvada Colorado. This is north of Denver - about 15 to 20 mins from denver -

    I 70 to Wadsworth, North to 84th and its on the east side.

    Not looking at making a lot of money (if I was i wouldn't be opening a store that is not such a niche thing). All we want is for my wife to pull in a decent income and enjoy the work. This is the one advantage we have right now. We do not plan on pulling out a dime for a couple years. Hopefully by then we have figured out the kinks and we have a few commercial reef tank displays that we maintain on a weekly basis to get to that break even point easier.
    A lot of money would be nice though:)

    I am Thinking about getting rubber flooring for the concrete floor surface.
    I hate to leave it concrete. This is also suppose to be slip resistant.

    all I'd be worried about with that is it's a soft flooring and may make it difficult to keep things level

    on your tanks for DT's are you going glass or acrylic?

    probably be cheaper in the long run to do acrylic what most of the LFS here do
