    Very nice set up. I built my stand also its alot of work but well worth it. I like knowing I could park my truck on it and not have to worry about it collapsing LOL. Nice build

    I pulled it apart and redid it 4 times before I was satisfied, has plenty of room front and back as well as lots of pass thru holes for the fish.
    Most of the rock and all the sand came from MarcoRocks

    I guess it's just the pictures, but it appears that the tank isn't getting a whole lot of light from that pendant. ???

    sadly it's the picture, final placement will be a few inches lower than it is presently but it is definately bright. Sadly while i do take decent pics, I rarely manage great pics :)

    I'd say "happily, it's the picture!" I'm sure glad what I see in that pic, isn't what you see in real life. With digital cameras, I find it's often nearly impossible to get true rendering of light quality. You know how halides are almost too bright to look at? That phenomenon never seems to translate into a pic.
