How did I miss this thread?? Great looking models, Vinny.

I started building models when I was like 7 or 8. Done a few cars and planes, the Apollo rocket and lunar module, then went to big rigs (loved ERTL's 1/25th scale 250 piece kits). Lost my entire collection when our house burnt down when I was 19. Got married and had kids, so I lacked the time (and a safe place to keep anything, lol), so I kinda lost interest in the hobby. Been thinking a lot about it lately, though...

Thanks Mr. B. I really thought I would start back up again when I finally retired but when I started one recently I realised my eyes weren't getting any better and my hands were not getting any steadier so I figured I better build some while I can still see.LOLThanks for the compliment Mr. B!!!8)

LOL!!Work has been slow lately and I am self employed so that makes my time well;mine.;D But seriously I usually just spend about an hour or two on the models a day out in my vinyl shed/Workshop also known as "The Fortress of Solitude".It is 8x10 has two single hung windows an air conditioner, T.V.,Stereo system and phone.I will post some pics of it.My friends used to make fun of it but they now all have one. Its like a little house to get away from the house.LOL;D

Maybe I'll drive south with a 6-pack and check it out! Glad to see we may be easing out of this storm...
