Ok, so i bought an open brain coral from liveaquaria and when i got it it didn't look to steller! As you can see the stock image and liveaquaria image almost looks like two whole different corals. It arrived Friday and looks the same today......kinda crappy. Does anybody have any opinions to get these things to their max size? In my image it is 3 inches. In their image it is 4 1/2 inches. How do i get it there? BTW The water is in perfect condition!

It needs time to acclimate to your tank and will puff up and deflate periodically based on its mood and cleaning needs.

What lighting do you have it under, and what are the numbers for your parameters? First thing I thought when I saw it, was that it's not happy with the lights or the water.

Looks like you have a lot of cyano bacteria, also.

I'm gonna guess it's the lights.

If you got it Wednesday then it is still acclimating to the tank. Give it time.
