Honestly, those numbers are pretty decent for a mixed reef. maybe a little low on the sand for my liking, but not bad none the less.

I am with you, the numbers grow coral albeit slowly, but it does grow coral. The part that I wish I had was at least a dimmer switch or some control. You'll notice the left side is weaker than the right? That's with the fixtures hanging at the same height. My only control over light is raising them up and down... That's the part that burns me out.

yeah, there are two separate pendants. One has been obviously brighter, but my GF just thinks I drink too much and get a lazy left eye. haha!

They didn't come with optics, but I put 60° on there back in March.

You want to see odd? Check out the power supply. It was meant as a "loaner" but when the LFS stopped talking to me, this is what I'm stuck with. And it's LOUD! I'm thinking about moving it to another room just so it's not so loud in the living room.

I'm sorry I missed your post. I was going to take it apart further and when I get my new lights, I will do that and post some pictures!

Yup, well most of the time. One time the fan on the light stopped working, luckily it was when we were still talking, so he fixed it. However, he never fixed the burnt out LED after months of asking when he's going to get it in. Every Time I asked, "oh, yeah, I forgot about that...". They are just the reds, so nothing that is needed, but since the one burnt out, the other 2 on the one pendant does not work. hmmm, does red add to PAR values?

yeah, it's a dust magnet too. Having a daughter, 2 dogs, a bird, a cat and that's all, I think... So, I need to blow this sucker out every now and then. Moving it to another room would help that too...
