zesty, I'm sure you'll get things figured out. Good idea to have someone working on it that understands the whole LED light thing :) On a side note, your tank is looking awesome! Your corals are really growing and everything looks really nice!

Thanks! I was about to max out my amazon credit card on new led lights and just sell these off for whatever I could get... The guy I talked to talked me out of that, he explained it to me this way. They work now, I can get you more par farther down in your tank with just some reflectors. Then we can work on the rest as time goes, he's only an hour away so I can run down and drop the lights off and not have to worry about shipping and whatnot.

So, I'll put my trust with this guy and see how it happens. What I like about this guy, is he's proven and sells LED lights today, nice ones! haha

    Thanks!

    Thanks!

Everything turns on when you plug it in? Fan included?

The interesting thing to me is that it has a micro-controller, but I am not sure what its for.

Yeah, everything comes on at once, fans included. Takes about 30 seconds from when plugged in to lights on.

Is the new guy helping you with a controller as well? Without knowing anything about the drivers I can't advise you on controlling them with arduino.

Any chance you can take a picture of the backside of the brown board in the first picture though? Just for curiosities sake.

Thanks! Such a minor detail that made a huge difference. There's always something to learn or try, I'm glad this one paid off!
