    My clown has been with its green leather for 4 years now. Doesn't stress it and the leather has grown exponentially over the years. I'd keep and eye on the leather and only do something if your clowns seem to be stressing it out...

    The polyps dont look full extent is the only thing

    My leathers are very sensitive to flow rates...i had to move them around a bit until they were happy with where they were. Take it slow and you'll find the right place.

    Happened to me years ago with my first tank. Eventually the coral became too stressed and started to die.
    When it got to that point,I cut up the toadstool into about ten pieces. About 6 pieces survived and doing well.
