    If this is a totally dedicated grow out system then you really should redo a few things Like the way you have one top tank dumping via the dual drains into the bottom tank then that tank into the sump is a bad idea you really should have ran a common 1.5 vertical drain up to drop both tanks drain into. That way you won't be dumping is dirty water into a another tank and then the water supply you really should have just ran one or two feeds up from the pump and then valved to control water feed to each tank. The way you have the drains now there will be little surface skimming and not much control o water volume in either tank. The baffles I would not have messed with a fast smooth flow would be better , These will Just will slow the flow through the sump and mess with the skimmer . If you are trying to build a fuge into it ? I would not in a grow out system .. You just want to totally mechanically filter them water has to be as protein as possible for optimum growth and health and water quality control .
