It might take them awhile to take flakes or pellets. Just keep trying. Mine took a few months and now they LOVE both flakes and pellets!

Oh also, with flakes, I use a feeder to squirt them into the tank. My fish won't take them off the top of the water.

+1 to that! I take a small measuring cup and put a little tank water in. i then let the flake/pellets soak for a few mins then dump it in. Works great ;D

Chiming in a little late, but.....

I had a Coral beauty Angel in a 20g tank and he/she lived for 6 years, along with a Royal Gramma and an Ocellaris Clown. The Coral Beauty was extremely docile even in the 20g. In fact, the Coral beauty was the peace keeper. In the first year of that setup I also had a Blue Devil Damsel who had to eventually be removed as he always "tried" to pick on the Royal Gramma. The Coral Beauty would have none of it, and would intercept the Damsel every time he tried to go after the Gramma by placing himself between them until the Damsel swam away. As soon as that damn Damsel started after the Gramma again, the Coral Beauty would race over and place himself between them again. I have never seen that kind of behavior in a fish before, or since. I got tired of those shenanigans eventually, the fish would spend more time doing that than swimming around, and removed the Damsel from that tank. Everybody got along great after that.

As previously mentioned, I think you could have one Angel in your tank, but 3 would be a death match until 2 were dead.

Adding garlic and Selcon will help if they are finicky eaters.
