    Is there an easier way to mount these lights besides hanging them? Id love to find some legs for them, or something I can build. I really dont want to hang from the ceiling.

    I have a 65 gal. reef (36"Lx18"wx24"D) Could I get by with one light? I am currently running 4 tube t5ho.

    Pics attached, to say in one line they are amazing. just make sure you keep blues in one controller and rest in other controller and inform them same. by default they don't do like that.

    honestly i don't know how to take pics with only blues on, camera not getting it. pics attached probably with 20% white and 50% blue, with only blue on corals look painted

    HI, I'm the OP.

    Did you see in my pics the hanger I made for mine?
    It's in post #9.
    It's not in the ceiling, it stands behind the tank and the hangers and lights go over the DT.

    Is the 2x4 attached to anything? Or is it just wedged between the tank and the wall?

    those are circled to confirm red leds are removed..too many red doesn't look good

    CaveKitty, I will have to get a picture of our tank canopy for you. We did a custom canopy with inserts that came out, Our lights 2x 120w Taotronics just rest on the wood. and we made those inserts able to be removed for Water changes and for taking off the canopy without worries.
