I thought i would include an FTS.
This is a young tank with hair algae every where. the cup floating has a spiny astrea snail from my other tank to help with the algae. I got one fish in there, a tiny pajama cardinal less than an inch.

    side shot.

I modded the back middle chamber to have a small fuge with rubble and chaeto. NO BIO BALLS:p

i got 1 red monti cap a zoa frag 1 blue shroom and a small frogspawn just to test the growth and health of this system. fairly simple corals but it does give me a range of corals to test the sytem with. Stay tuned for updates folks

That does look very nice. I think I might like the bluer light. I have the 3 blue 2 white on my 5 gallon.

also added rainbow monti, digitata and monti cap and all show great polyp extension.

    Pic update

Im real happy with the way his tank is turning out. It was born jan10/2011 and has progressed well since.now about 4 months later the tank is starting to look like a reef. ultimately this will be a zoa and paly garden with basic sps and few lps.

the par30 is a wicked bulb, like it more and more everyday. I actually prefer this bulb vs the 6 bulb T5 over my 29g biocube.

    anyways enjoy the pics.
