I have two Anthians the real pretty ones that are pinkish yellowish and reddish. well anyways my male looks super healthy but my female has bumps on each side. the bumps are in the inside not the outside of the fish around the fillet area. i am worried this fish won't make it.

Also i'm realizing that they stay hidden in rock a lot is this normal ? please Help ?

    Thank you

This is a form from the ASAP section. Try to fill out as much of this as possible. The more info we have on your system the better we can help you:

i'd like to add that the Anthian does swim around the tank alot and hangs out with his partner does that mean he is still healthy ? or do sick fish still swim around like normal?

You are most likely going through a cycle and have ammonia in the tank. Whenever you add live rock you will re-start a cycle.
I would highly suggest getting your own quality testing supplies. When you rely on an LFS to test your water, bad things can happen. Unfortunately, LFS's are business that are interested in making a sale. A lot of them will gladly tell you your water is perfect, even when its far from it, if it means your going to take home something new. I am willing to bet that this is what is going on, specially since they have told you your water is "perfect". I can almost guarantee you have nitrate issues just by looking at how much you feed. 1 whole cube of mysis a day is WAY too much food.
I would suggest getting your own testing supplies ASAP then starting there. Buy liquid tests, not strips. API kits are pretty good and widely available.
