    Dial/Collar with numbers on the drill. Allows you to limit the torque the drill puts out. Usually used so you don't sink screws to deep but, when drilling a tank it keeps you from cracking the glass if the hole saw sticks/locks up. Set it to the lowest setting possible.

    also, I would recommend a 20L for a sump if you want a lot of compartments.

    My drill has it but I'm going to return it for a bigger one... Mines only 9.6 volts in gonna get an 18 I think...

    Wise choice, the bigger the better lol. But really, the more powerful the drill the easier it will be.

    Yeah I love this 18v it came with a saw too for 80 couldn't complain...

    It's slightly unlevel by about a quarter of an inch can I just just shims to level it out?

    I used plastic/composite shims and sub-floor adhesive to level mine after the lumber torqued when screwing it together. The sub-floor adhisive is designed to fill and level plywood. It worked great getting the top level. Just took a while to fully cure.

    I would, and then I would just use wood glue to keep it in place. That is just me though. ;D Is it just one corner that is uneven, or a whole side?
