mounting stony corals

    what do you all use to mount stony corals? i just bought this stuff called Hold Fast by marineland. takes awhile to take hold.

    I mount stonies with aquastik by two little fishies. It's epoxy and it takes a couple of minutes to harden. Will make your skimmer overfizz though. Monitor your skimmer after use.

    I would only use the epoxy if the coral frag is stuck to a piece of rock because the epoxy heats up and can damage the frag if you try to apply it directly to it. I first glue the frag to a small piece of rock with super glue gel, then epoxy that rock to the rockwork.
