mounting on glass

I was wondering what to use in order to get my new pice of monti cap to encrust onto the glass of my 75 gallon display. can i use normal superglue gel? i have always just let my frags mount them-self's in the spot i place them

 

yeah ive used super glue to mount small frags on the back glass...if its big, you might wanna try and puddy stuff..

 

what brand of super glue works the best???

 

We got our stuff from hobby lobby, its a modeling glue and completely reef safe. It comes in a pretty good sized bottle and last for a long time. Its called Extreme Power - thick

 

can i use that glue under water? i don't know if i will be able to get the part of the tank i want to mount it on dry.

 

Pull the coral out of the water and put the glue on the coral, or You could put the bottle in the tank and put it on the glass but if you got any saltwater inside the bottle the rest of the glue would be ruined. But its only 5 bucks it might be worth it.
