    Sounds like a polyp to me.

    I've never heard of a coral turning brown from too much light but that doesn't mean that it can't happen.

    I leave all 660 watts of my VHO's on for 14 hours a day and 220 watts of the blue actinics for 16.

    wow i just got back from a 12 day trip to NJ and the monti pora is going crazy...its groing very fast...its branching very nice ill try and get a pic up soon...also...lol when i can back one of my acros fell onto a xenia and the xenia attached to it lol...i took it off before i realized i shouda took a pic :(
