One more thing, before I start hacking away, what is the best way to glue it? e.g. do I glue from the edges or on the underside? Sorry for the silly question but I haven't fragged one of these before!

Fragging complete, it didn't quite break how I wanted but all pieces look good. Hopefully they will all make a nice recovery.

    Thanks everyone :)

UPDATE: Well the majority that I tried to save didn't make it, however one piece did and is started to grow again. Thought I'd post a pic, not a great pic as I couldn't get the angle!

Sorry you lost the others but that one looks goo. the only thing Epoxy can or should be used to glue is rocks o dead coral. as it cures it gets hot, really hot depending on the brand and will kill any surrounding live coral polyps. Best to use epoxy to form base to super glue to.

I use epoxy but I leave the coral attached to the plug and epoxy the plug to the rock in case I ever need to take the coral out I just break the epoxy and don't have to stress the coral by snapping it off the rock.
