Hey Matt I have the micro chiller on my 20H, Just bought the chiller and "melted a hole in my auqaclear 200.  I need one since i use 250w MH lighting, along with a fan it works great keeps the tank temp around 78/76. I run the chiller, the lights and the fan on the same timer. At night my heater kicks in and keeps the tank at 78. But i have heard of people running the chiller 24/7 and just let the chiller and the heater fight it out for temp control. Both methods work , for me i prefer using the timer no need to burn up the extra electrics by running a chiller and a heater at the same time. without the cooling  my tank runs about 87 degrees Great if i want to open up a seafood resturant.
