MH ballast stopped working

    This morning I noticed the one of my dimmable lumatek ballasts has stopped working. Opened the fixture and exchanged the bulbs! Nothing. When I turned back on the ballast, the bulb began to light and then out again.
    What could cause this?
    Could it be a problem that can be fixed? Or should I buy a new ballast?
    Its a little under a yr old and completely away from moisture. Still looks brand new.
