    Hey all,

I was checking the latest LFS shipment and noticed that they had three awesome looking magnificent foxface rabbitfish. They were quite big at around 5 inches, but i have never seen them before. How big of a tank do they need? Are they a fragile species or are they relatively easy to keep?

    Thanks,

They are similar in nature to the regular Rabbitface/Foxface and basically require the same attention as many Tangs and are more hardy In fact!! They can even be used to break in a new aquarium! Proper acclimation is a plus and the less anmount of stress brought upon the fish the better. They do have venom in their spines so be careful of that! Rabbitfish are not finicky in terms of food and will eat all sorts of food stuff, however, will be healthier with a protein rich food supplemented with algae/spirulina/seaweed!
