How's your refugium working out for ya? Any difference in your nitrates?

I love it man! What a great and cheap idea! The only thing that I would do is double up the container. I have used them in the past for other things and over time under pressure, (from the water), they can crack. Especially if there is light on it. If the inner started to crack, you'd see it in between the two, rather than all over the floor. Just my 2 cents worth.
Good luck bro! Has it helped your no3 yet?

After reading around, I found out that those plastic containers
eventually get brittle and crack/break. So I got one of these instead.

Very nice Luna - wish I had the room for a sump like that under my tank. I need to redesign and put my closed loop pump / manifold behind the tank vs. to the right of my sump. How many inches is your DSB?

Cool. Sounds perfect. How is the growth on the mangroves? I had one and it was slow going.

Yeah, they normally grow very slow, but when I made my first DIY refugium, they grew pretty fast. But only b/c my No3 was at 20ppm all yr round. If you need any Mangroves, just let me know. I can make a 3 story building out of mangroves;D. They are VERY abundant where I work.
