thought you were making that up, as 4 years ago I got one for 30 dollars with shipping, but sure enough its going for about 70 dollars used on amazon.

 

I looked on ebay one time and the only copy was but it now for $200.00.That is just insane.

 

This particular book is no longer being pressed. Unless there is another run, the only ones available are from people who were lucky enough to have some and also used ones.
