I bought a controllable dual fan set up from RapidLED (sponsor here).

For the sump a simple 2 speed 7-8" clip on fan from WalMart works wonders. I have used them for about 20 years with great success.

Yes that is the trick. Old Wally World works every time. My temp dropped from 79.8 to 77.1 in approx. twelve hours. The clip on I bought was 90% plastic. The front fan grid was metal so I removed it and hung the rest of it over my sump. Will put on a timer for precise temp control. No more freezing coke bottles, yea.;D
