The Nova SLR Extreme is a great fixture, I would not recommend it for your 29g. The smaller fixture smaller doesn't have enough watts for most corals.

This is a good fixture. It has a total of 192w. (2) 24" 24w 10,000k and (2) 24" 24w actinics It does have 2 lunar LED's. It has a single cord, but has a digital multiple light timer display. The 24" is $240, plus like $9 shipping.

i was looking at this but im not even sure it would fit in my tank, didnt know where to look exactly..

36" Fixture, CD-71219 ?

or which one?

 

You will need to DIY the legs to get them to sit on the tank but either will do you well.

 

You can order either one. the 36" will hang over the side but you will have more powerful bulbs than the 24" which will not reach the sides. If you are looking to have clams, nems or very colorful SPS go with the 36".
