    it is possible - it depends on how much organic stuff was in the sand and how long everything has been in the bag - that's why you have to measure first to be sure

    Got it...
    Run skimmer and check ammonia for 48 hrs
    If after 48 hours ammonia is less than 5 mg/L then turn off skimmer and add One and Only
    After another 48 hours, check ammonia and add fish if under 5
