    What does it mean when you have tiny little bubbles on your live rock not many just started to notice.

    Not Green There clear about the size of a small pencil lead.

    Sound to me like your Live Rock is "Live"
    Nitrite being converted to Nitrate will produce small bubbles.
    It could also be the beginning of your first algae bloom
    which is inevitable so I guess both things are good
