live rock or dry rock?

    Get dry rock then buy some "Bio-Spira" or "Nitro-Max". Both products contain high amounts of nitrifying bacteria & they populate the rock really fast!! I didnt believe until i saw the first bi-weekly tests for myself while I was cycling. IT WORKS!!!

    currently my amonia is at 0 but my nitrites are at 5.0+ and nitrates are at 40 i was looking at bio spira today
