    razor rack good choice on the shallow bed, i got like +3" of sand bed and get lots of algae from it cause it holds nitrates. I cured begining live rock in the main tank(once again probably not a good thing) but you might want to cure seperately so as to not have to deal with unwanted hitchhikers. Then for type of live rock, see how much life each rock has and see if the 3.99 is worth it; even thought eventually the 2.99 rock will get just as nice.
