Does anyone use Litmus paper to test the PH of their water??

I just ask because it is so much cheaper then any of the PH test kits on the market.

Thats about all those dip strips are made by Aquarium Pharmaceuticals .. Unless you monitor P.H via meter there is not much in worrying about it even really. No test for P.h is much good and even less accurate 5 mins after the last test.. You are better off just keeping the DKH and Ca. up along with the Magnesium then the Carbonate's will be available to control the P.H as thats their Job Ph. has no effect of the carbonates available . Ph is just to give one an idea of the amount of carbonates to off set any acids with in the liquid..
