    Kind of glad I saw this post, John, the only real danger a Lionfish poses would be to the person that is allergic to bee stings. I had a dwarf Lion a few years back and literally got stung at least once a week(NOT my fault, and he was lightning fast!) and all that developed was a small "welt" if you will, but it definitely stung though!

    Too bad more tourists don't know that it is the only(I think) fish out there that they are allowed to spear... At least that is what I was told.
