    The link is ctars.org. It is the reef club in the state of Connecticut. We have meetings once a month at a different site. Their is usually a frag swap, raffles, alot of stories to tell as well as education( how to frag etc.). The website has different things regarding reefing as well as a newsletter periodically! That is it in a nut shell...
