i just used a level to check if my tank was, well, level, and i noticed something i hadnt noticed when i first cheched this. one side of my tank is just a teensy touch off level. will that ever be a problem? its only the tiniest margin, but i am paranoid...

    Hey Roger,,,
    First Question is,,
What kind of filtration are you running, does it have an overflow?
How much is tiny, like a 1/2in. difference from one end to another or less?
What is the inches of your tank from right to left, is it 48in.?
If it is less then 1/2 in. don't worry about it,,,
Let me know what is is...

I've had glass aquariums be off level by more than that for several years with zero problems. I've also had gaps between the bottom frame and stand with no problems.

wow... i guess i was under a mistaken impression that the tanks balance was a far more fragile thing. :)
