I have about 75lbs of LR that is covered in Aiptasia. I pulled 25lbs out and nuked it. Those were the pieces covered the worst. 1 rock had over 30 alone.
The other 75lbs has been in the tank for a week along with the 50lbs of original dry.
The tank is fully cycled and has a percula clown and some green chromis.
    Here comes the vote.
Would you pull the other 75lbs that is now getting covered in it almost as bad as the chunks I nuked. And nuke it also? or should I just leave it in the tank and hope to get it under control with all the treatments I can. Keep in mind its been in there a week now, so is there a chance they may have also moved to the dryrock or CC bed?

Since you've cycled & have fish in there, I'd leave it as is and treat, unless you wanna start all over again.

To put it bluntly, I'd nuke the crap out of all the rock at once.

there are several options for dealing with aptasia that I would try before nuking expensive live rock then having to spend weeks recycling it.

In large quantities it is very hard to completely rid your tank of aptasia. Nuking all of it would be the simplest way to rid the tank of aptasia. Aptasia always comes back after using aptasia x and biological means will work slower than how quickly aptasia reproduces.

I also would pull it all out and nuke it! You may think you get it all under control and have more livestock in there and a few weeks or months later, the aiptasia comes back and it would be much harder to nuke with more livestock. Do it now....Good Luck!

The only other option I see for such large quantities is biological control.

Berghia nudibranchs, peppermint shrimp, copperbanded butterfly....

SHould I do all of it including what was dry? or just the stuff that I got from the guy that has it on it? Also, should I do it in installments? Say 1/2 this week and half next week?
Also, is there any way to nuke it without using bleach that is safe?
