    Well it says freshwater multiple times on the page....so are you planning on a fowlr tank?

    I'm more after the shimmer and crisp color the led lights give off.

    Well if it is fish only then any led light will give you that look. Probably just go for something cheap with blue and white dimmable channels and then you can just control the color look.
