    um... I have a screwdriver and a soldering iron.

    Come on over...


    ... er... do a search for DIY LED lights... lots of good info out there.

    If you have specific questions please ask them, but as much as has been written on DIY LED systems it seems redundant.

    Also, unless you plan to go into commercial production it's probably cheaper to buy one pre-made.
