Who has tried this and what laser did you use? currently using aiptasia X and it works fine but thought this would be fun and interesting to try.

I have never heard of this. Last thing that was going around before my crash was something to zap 'em with. How does the laser work? Aiptasia X is what I used last time too. I found out, first hand, personal experience, that if you have an expired bottle, they just eat that stuff without a problem, laugh and wave their tentacles at you ;-)

you can you tube it (cant ever get the link to work) but you get something like a 2watt 2000mw laser and just focus the point to the manjo or aiptasia.

    here is the link.

That looks awesome! I didn't even know these thing existed. However, I can see how a focused laser point that gets hot, can burn the heck out of some aiptaisia or majanos. It reminds me of playing with the sun and a magnifying glass to burn paper or leafs when I was a kid.

Has anyone on 3reef gotten one these already and spoke well about them?

( I know I can search, but it's late and I shouldn't be here... my rear end should be doing billing and coding)

I know it looks fun, Ebay has 5ma green focus lights but that's a far cry from the 2000ma they recommend

LOL, so far I can't even see the light! If anything I would get something "BIGGER" and hope it doesn't melt the glass ;-)
Kinda hoping someone that's purchased one can jump in and review it. I will look for more reviews later, but it's hard when the item is not a branded name. I'll try later.

Unless you are careful, you will end up blind.

yes, I would second this. These aren't your little red lasers you find in the gas stations while buying your scratchers. These are, you won't grow an eye back laser. Well, I over- exaggerate a bit, but it's not good.

    BE CAREFUL with these lasers!
