    Someone brought this to my attention here are some par numbers for the Kessil 10k, and 15k, lets just say unless you have a shallow tank, id skip on these guys... all tests were done on a 15" tank depth with the kessil 6" from the water like suggested

    Really nice thread, thank you for posting it. I'm sold
    Kessil a150w 10k on my list for my current 120gal build.

    A local reefer was trying to talk me into buying a led system from a friend of his who makes them, gets parts directly from "china" and claims they are the best and a great deal.

    Do I prefer unknown china made kit or a quality american made and warrantied led? I'll go with the american made kessil no doubt about it. :)

    Make sure you look at the par readings posted above! if you plan on doing SPS of any sort look elsewhere, they arent that great when it comes to par!:-/
