    So, after about 3 weeks of searching I am able to locate my email confirmation from when I purchased the lights. Send it to Kessil and they send me a new light. The new one gets here today. I take the old one down and as I am putting the new one up, the other one starts going on and off. I wanted to cry.

    Well at least you got 1 replaced now they can replace the other.

    So, I finally got Kessil to replace one light. The same day the other light started acting up. I took it off and used compressed air to blow it out. Has been working fine since. Just incase anyone has a similar issue, this worked.
